    Internet security is extremely important especially when it concerns a business and large corporation. One tiny glitch in a computer security system may put the whole company at risk. There are a few ways in which you can improve your security while using work computers.

  2. Step 2

    First, make sure you have a security system, which includes email monitoring and encrypting email messages and important documents. In addition, you should also have an email monitoring system. Email monitoring systems sends the subscriber a message once their email is delivered and read. You may also place a device on each computer that prints a report of all activity and sites visited each day.

  3. Step 3

    Finally, you need to stress to the employees that the company computer is for “work only” and should not be used to send non-work related emails or documents. Using work computers for personal use can place the company at risk in several ways.
