According to wikipedia the first game of paintball was played on June 27, 1981 in Henniker, New Hampshire. Paintball is a simulated war game where two teams separate in an indoor or outdoor venue, Master Paintball Techniquesto try to eliminate the opposition by hitting them with a ball of paint. Paintball can be played indoor and outdoor and is a while you are running, hiding ducking and dodging you are also getting much needed exercise and relieving stress. If you are serious about the game here are some tips to improve your paintball techniques.

  1. Step 1

    If you want to be good at paintball, it is important to stay in shape. Paintball is very a physical game and you will need strength, flexibility and stamina to be good at it.

  2. Step 2

    Be educated about the game and learn new paintball techniques. Read books, and magazines or join and online paintball forum to get information and tips you will need, to master the game. Though your actual skill will be developed as you play paintball, being education about the game, will give you a certain edge.

  3. Step 3

    Before the actual paintball game, go to the location where the game will be played. Observe the location and look for obstacles, hiding places and escape routes.

  4. Step 4

    Go prepared, make sure you have all the proper, up-to-date gear necessary. Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing. Make sure you don't wear squeaky shoes or cloths that rustle, or draw attention from your opponents. If you are playing outdoors, camouflage will help you blend into your environment.

  5. Step 5

    Be sure to vary your paintball techniques from game to game. Do have a predictable patterns that will give your opponent an advantage over you.
