How to Win Free Baby Stuff on Promotional Blog Giveaways

This article will give you the tools to win free baby stuff on promotional giveaways advertised via blogs.

This new form of advertising promotional giveaways is beneficial to the consumer, the company and the blog owner.

There are much fewer entries than in traditional giveaways and therefore a much higher chance of winning.

While you may find many inexpensive freebies through local resources, this is a great way to win some high quality prizes for your new baby.

1. FIND THE GIVEAWAYS - I was absolutely amazed when I discovered how many promotional blog giveaways there were for free baby stuff. I found my first giveaway on a friend's blog. But, since have found an easy trick for finding more giveaways.
   
   You will need to go to google and type in something you are interested for baby. For example, "Stroller". Next type in the word "giveaway" and the today's date. So, for example: "stroller giveaway 11/4"

   Once you find the giveaways, you will need to get as many entries as possible to increase your chances of winning the prize.

2. SIGN UP FOR TWITTER - In promotional blog giveaways, one of the ways to enter the contest is to promote the giveaway in some way or form. You typically will receive one entry per promotion. Twitter is a popular method of promotion.
   
   Creating a twitter account is extremely easy and requires little personal information.
   
   Go to the link in the resource section to sign up extremely quickly.
   
   **I use my twitter account solely for blogging about giveaways, so I don't have to be embarassed by spamming friends/family. I do not have it connected to my phone.

3. SIGN UP FOR TECHNORATI - Another way people are promoting their blogs is through technorati. This will get you another entry in the giveaway to win free baby stuff and is a quick sign up.

4. SIGN UP FOR BLOGGER - This is an easy process. Do not worry about making your blog look fancy. Many promotional giveaways give you multiple entries for blogging about the giveaway.
   
   This is also an easy way to keep track of the blogs you entered. See my blog for an example (in resource section below). Or just sign up at blogger.com
   
   **Additional entries are given for "following their blog" or putting their blog giveaway button on your personal blog.
   
   Posting about the giveaway, following their blog and adding their button to my blog has given me 13 entries into a contest with only 60 entries total. Pretty good odds of winning a VERY nice prize.

Tips & Warnings

• Make it part of your schedule to enter 1 or 2 giveaways every morning and you will have some beautiful and unique free baby stuff for baby when he/she arrives.
• Many blog giveaways require that you leave an e-mail that they can contact you at if you are a winner. You can create a new e-mail for giveaways if you want to, but make sure you check it. I have received ZERO spam from giveaway entries (but, you never know).
