Step 1
Over the stuffed meatloaf makes a great holiday dish. The meatloaf recipe has been in my family for over 50 years. You will need 2 pounds of meatloaf mix (pork, beef, and veal), 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 large eggs, ½ cup fresh chopped parsley, 1 Spanish onion diced, ½ pound Italian salami, ½ pound provolone cheese, ½ pound of Italian ham, 1 can tomato sauce, ½ cup whole milk, 1 can of beef gravy.

In large mixing bowl place meatloaf mix, add garlic powder, salt, pepper, eggs, milk and fresh parsley. Mix by hand until all ingredients are combined well with meat mixture.

In large baking pan, place a layer of meat mixture, smooth across the pan, next you want to layer 3 pieces of salami, 3 pieces of cheese, 3 pieces of ham and continue the process until all luncheon meat is used.

Finally, place the remainder of meat on top, covering all the meat that you layered. It should look like a regular meatloaf. You then want to mix tomato sauce with one can of beef gravy and spread across the top of meatloaf.

Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 65 minutes, serve. Enjoy!!
