Eggs whites can stretch out the wrinkles in your face. Your face will feel like it's cracking when wearing this face mask. It also helps with the complexion of your skin. Leave it on for about 15-20 minutes, until it's completely dry. Then wash your face with warm water and dry your face. Apply on your neck as well.

      Use Virgin Coconut Oil. Virgin Coconut Oil is extremely good for your skin, and helps promote healthier skin along with protecting it. It helps prevent aging and wrinkles. You to feed your skin with healthy nutrients like Virgin Coconut Oil. Apply Virgin Coconut Oil to the skin as a moisturizer. Best used when applying after taking a shower.

      Drink water daily. Drink up to 8-10 glasses of cold water daily. Water helps flush out toxins in your body. Your skin requires water, and it helps circulate the elements in your body. Your skin makes up 90% of water, so it's crucial to stay hydrated.
