Christmas is less than eight weeks away. For those who enjoy a real fresh cut Christmas tree; you may have the option to “Choose and Cut” your very own Christmas tree. There are a few things to keep in mind when searching for a “Choose and Cut tree.

  2. Step 2

First, you may want to find a listing of Christmas tree farms within your area. Most towns at least have one Christmas tree farm, which offers these services. Make sure the farm is a member of the Tree Growers Association.

  3. Step 3

Secondly, make sure the trees are healthy looking and reasonably priced. Typically, real trees cost anywhere from $25-$100. If may want to consider a Colorado Spruce or Fraser Fir. Depending on where you live will determine what kind of trees the farm is selling.
