  1. Watering pomegranate seeds

      Carefully clean the pomegranate seed with water. You might choose to try to sprout three or four seeds in case some of the seeds don't sprout well.

      Soak the seeds in cool water for about 24 hours. Transfer the seeds to a potting container, and cover them with 1 inch of potting soil.

      Moisten the soil with water.

      Place the pot in a warm area, avoid temperatures below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. This will allow the water in the soil to evaporate and the seeds to germinate, or sprout.

      Wait until the seeds sprout before you water them again.

      Place the newly sprouted plants a bit deeper in the soil. Leave the sprouted part sticking up out of the soil.
