How to Spin & Burn DVD
If you downloaded a DVD from the internet in a file format such as VOB, you can burn it onto a DVD, which will let you watch it outside of your computer in some DVD players. In order to do this, you'll have to burn it to a blank DVD, recording the DVD file onto the disc. There are free software options you can use that will do this for you.

Choose that you want to burn a data disk. Select the DVD through the "Open" button or something similar. Select your DVD file, which will probably be in VOB format. Double-click on it. Make sure that the DVD file is small enough to fit on the DVD you have for it, or the process won't work. There will be a status bar that shows you how much space you have left. If it goes into the red, the file is too big.
