How to Make Homemade Salsa Dip

Serve your fresh salsa with tortilla chips.

If you have an upcoming party, mix up a batch of homemade salsa to serve with tortilla chips. It’s easy to make and the ingredients are inexpensive – all it takes is a bit of preparation and time. Your guests are sure to love the taste of fresh salsa. Does this Spark an idea?

3 chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup fine diced onions
5 finely chopped Serrano chilies
1/2 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lime juice

Instructions

  Mix the chopped tomatoes, diced onions, chopped Serrano chilies and chopped cilantro in a bowl.

  Add the salt and lime juice and stir it in until it is spread through your mixture evenly.

  Let the salsa chill in the refrigerator at least an hour before serving.

Tips & Warnings

You can make the salsa super chunky or fine. Chop and dice up everything to your liking.
