How to make classic homemade stuffing for your thanksgiving dinner.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Tsp of salt
  • 3 Tablespoon of chopped onions
  • 4 cups of day old breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tsp of thyme
  • 1/8 Tsp of pepper
  • 6 Tablespoons of melted butter
  • 3/4 cup of chopped celery
  1. Step 1

    After you have all of your ingredients from your local supermarket you can start making your delicious homemade bread stuffing for your amazing thanksgiving dinner.

  2. Step 2

    First you will need to cook the chopped onions and the chopped celery in the melted butter for about eight to ten minutes or till tender, over a medium flame so the butter doesn't burn.

  3. Step 3

    Once the chopped celery, chopped onions, and melted butter are tender add them with the salt, pepper, and thyme to the breadcrumbs and mix till its thoroughly mixed all in to one blob.

  4. Step 4

    Also if it seems a little bit to on the dry side you can always add two tablespoons of milk to moisten your homemade bread stuffing.

  5. Step 5

    Stuffing doesn't go bad for awhile so its a great treat for the kids or just a house hold snack.
