How to Convert With Nero
Nero is a commercial CD and DVD burning software bundle, which can be used for a variety of video-related tasks. Nero has the ability to convert a video, or a collection of videos, into a DVD, using Nero Vision. Nero makes the conversion process a simple one, requiring minimal computer knowledge to turn the videos clogging up your hard drive into a DVD to watch on any DVD player.

Open Nero Vision.

Click "Make a DVD..." and select "DVD-Video" from the pop-out menu.

Select "Add Video Files" from the box on the right, and select the video or videos you wish to convert from the box that opens. Click the "Next" button in the bottom right of the Nero Vision window.

Customize your DVD Menu using the options in the box in the upper right of the window, then click "Next." You can change options such as the background, the font size and color and the layout of the video options.

Test your menu with the remote that appears on the right side of the screen to see how your menu will function, then click "Next."

Click on the "Write to" option in the box in the upper right, and set it to burn to your DVD-burning drive.

Click on "Volume Name" to name your DVD before burning.

Click the "Burn" button in the bottom right corner of the window.
