How to Remove Super Glue From Your Fingers
Super glue is formulated with a very strong bond, making the adhesive a common tool for small repairs around the home. Super glue is also used for a variety of craft projects because the bond is permanent in most cases. In the course of performing home improvement projects or enjoying your favorite hobby, you may accidentally get super glue on your fingers. Soaking the affected areas and carefully working the skin can safely remove super glue from your fingers without causing permanent damage.

Roll the skin on the fingers to try to loosen the super glue. Use the thumb and index finger of your other hand to gently roll the skin as if you were making a ball out of dough. You may want to work the skin, dip the fingers back into the basin and work the skin some more rather than just rolling the skin once it has dried.

Use a level of some kind, such as a spoon, Popsicle stick or a blunt butter knife, to ease the fingers apart if your digits are stuck together with super glue. Do not use a serrated knife to cut the skin, as this can cause further damage to your skin.

5
Dry your fingers with the towel, then apply an acetone-based nail polish remover to the super glue if residue remains. Use cotton balls to gently rub the solution into the glue. The chemical reaction between the acetone and the adhesive will dissolve the glue.
