How to Get Rid of Pimples on Arms

2. Scrub the arms with an exfoliating body wash and loofah; you will wash away dead skin cells that could be clogging the pores. Pay special attention to the arms and the areas that are affected by the pimples.

3. Apply a moisturizing lotion to the affected area. The moisturizer will help to eliminate dry skin and reduce redness from irritation.

4. Expose the arms to direct sunlight. Daily exposure to sunlight is essential in maintaining healthy skin. Be careful not to overexpose the skin to sunlight as this could cause burning, and always wear sunscreen to protect from UV rays.
