When you activate the pop-up blocker option for your Internet browser, any pop-up window that tries to appear on your computer will be rejected. After the pop-up is rejected, you are provided with an option of clicking on the link at the top of your browser to allow the pop-up. While this feature blocks advertisements you don't want to see, it can also be a nuisance when pop-ups are blocked on sites you do want to allow. If the blocker is annoying you, there is an easy way to remove the blocked pop-ups option.
