Slowly peel the glue trap back away from the skin it has become stuck on. The trap itself should be able to be removed, leaving behind a layer of the glue which is stuck to the skin.

Rub vegetable oil over the glue remaining on the skin, and allow it to sit for five minutes to weaken the hold of the glue.

Wipe the glue-covered area down with the wash cloth, removing the oil and any glue which it successfully weakened.

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until all of the glue is off.

Rinse the skin underneath running water and rub dry.
