Visit NetZero.com and log in to your account. If you are not a current customer, you can sign up for NetZero by clicking "Sign Up Now" next to one of the three available plans on the homepage. You can also sign up for a new account by calling (888) 349-0029.

Click the "Help" link, located next to "Sign Out."

Click "Installing the NetZero Software," beneath the "Getting Started" heading.

Click the red "Install NetZero Now!" button to download the software to your computer. If prompted, click "Save" and select the location on your computer where you would like to save the file. Click "Save" again and the file will be downloaded to the specified location. Once the download is complete, find the file and double-click it to install the software.
