How to find rental property using Google Maps

Are you looking for a house to rent? Do you want to rent your house and need to know how many rental homes are already in your neighborhood? Use this article to find rental property using Google Maps.

Instructions

1. Open the Google web page at www.google.com and click the Maps option

2. Click 'Show search options' to display a drop down window with 'All Results' as the initial setting.

3. Use the search option drop down window to select 'Real Estate' and enter the city/state/zip in the adjacent text box. Press the Search Maps button to initiate the search.

4. 

   Narrow your search by entering details. The Real Estate window allows selection of price range, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square foot. An option is also provided to narrow the search to 'For Rent' listing types.

5. The Google map will represent each rental property as a red dot and each may be clicked for more information.
