Make Oreo Cookie Pie

The only thing I love better than Oreo cookies is an Oreo ice cream pie! It is the perfect dessert to any meal.

This recipe is so easy that you will probably end up having a couple Oreo pies in your freezer at all times. You will love, your friends will love it, and your kids will definitely love it! Give it a try, you'll be amazed!

Here we go...

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 pie pans
  • 15 oz crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  1. Step 1

Scoop the vanilla ice cream into a large bowl and let it get nice and soft.
If you have time, it works best to place it in the fridge to soften. If you are in a hurry, just set it out on the counter.

  2. Step 2

Once the ice cream is soft, mix in the Cool Whip and half of the crushed Oreos.

  3. Step 3

Spread the remaining cookie crumbs into the 2 pie pans.

  4. Step 4

Pour the ice cream mixture evenly into the 2 pie pans.

  5. Step 5

Place in the freezer until ready to serve.

  6. Step 6

Cut the pie into slices and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • If you want to get crazy, try using strawberry or chocolate ice cream. These are also great!
