Step 1
Medicine ball pushups add some flare to your normal push up. This isn’t your grandma’s push up. This is meant to increase some difficulty.

Step 2
To start, drop down into push up position. If staying of both knees during this workout is too tough, go ahead and do these pushups from your knees. Place one hand on a medicine ball.
Perform a push up and push yourself up, off the ground. It is important to go down deep when doing these kind of push ups cause thats what they are meant for. -
Step 3
As you finish the push up you can either adjust your self and switch your other and to the ball, or you can roll the ball to the other side. However you choose, perform the same push up with the other hand.

Step 4
Repeat the process till you are finished with your desired reps or until your time is up.
