Step 1
The cobra yoga pose is the simplest pose. You lay on your stomach and perch yourself up on your hands to stretch your back. This pose helps the muscles in your back become more flexible. Which can help you feel better after a long day of standing or sitting in a stiff chair.

Step 2
The downward dog pose stretches the muscles in your legs. You lean forward and put your weight on your arms. This pose will help you get stronger arms.

Step 3
The chair pose is a little more advanced. This pose is down by leaning over as if you were a chair. You have to be careful not to put to much pressure on your knees or could get a sprain in them. So relax and do some yoga.
