  1. Removing the Glue

      Dip one end of the Q-tip into the nail polish remover.

      Gently rub the saturated Q-tip on the surface of the glue. Work slowly and carefully. It is possible to dislodge a shard of glue that could scratch the surface. Soak the area and rub until the glue softens.

      Rinse eyeglasses with water and dry with a paper towel. Examine for any traces of glue. If some of the glue remains, repeat step 2.
