How to Rid Exercise Clothes of Odor
A good workout can work up quite a sweat--a sign that your workout was a good one. You may even be feeling pretty good until you get a whiff of yourself. Exercise clothes can trap in perspiration and create a dreadful smell that lingers long after the sweat has dried. Fortunately these odors are easily removed. Does this Spark an idea?

Pour white vinegar into a spray bottle.

Spray the vinegar onto the underarms and collar of shirts and all over pants or shorts. Spray enough vinegar to saturate these areas.

Launder the clothes immediately after applying the vinegar. Using a scented detergent may help to give the clothes a more pleasant smell.

Place the clothes immediately into the dryer with a scented dryer sheet after the wash cycle is finished.

Inspect the clothes after they come out of the dryer and repeat if needed.

Tips & Warnings
Make sure that the detergent you use on the clothes doesn't have bleach in it. The combination of vinegar and bleach can create toxic fumes.
