How to Contact the Graco Company About Baby Furniture

You've purchased, or are thinking about purchasing, a Graco product, and you have questions or comments. There are several ways you can contact the company about its baby furniture. First, decide what your question or comment is. Second, decide whether email, the phone, or conventional mail will bring you the most satisfactory answer. Contacting Graco

1. Identify your purpose. Perhaps you purchased a Graco Snugride car seat, and one of the buckles doesn't seem to work correctly. In this case, you may want to download a product manual, or contact a customer service representative to talk you through using the buckle. If you're sure the buckle is defective, you might need to contact the Returns department, make a complaint, or both. Figuring out your purpose will help you decide who you must contact at Graco.

2. Visit the Graco website at www.gracobaby.com. Graco offers an online Help Center that contains FAQs, product instructions, warranty information, and notices of recalled products. See if you can find an answer to your question or dilemma on the website. Do this before you call the company: it will save you, and their customer service representatives, time.

3. Use the Contact Us link to send an email to Graco. The email form allows you to select what subject you're contacting Graco about. "Products" is the most general subject heading you could choose if you're contacting the company about their baby furniture. If you have a question about a specific part of a piece of furniture, you can choose "Parts Inquiry." Maybe you just want to let Graco know you love, or hate, the furniture you've bought, in which case you can choose the "Customer Story" option.
