MySpace is one of the most popular social networking websites on the Internet. Numerous profile addition websites have been created to help users customize their profiles, which are their individual MySpace pages. These websites offer MySpace layouts, glitter graphics and even generators to make your own MySpace layouts and graphics. Making a glitter graphic--an image that glitters and sparkles--for MySpace is relatively simple with the aid of an online glitter graphic generator. The instructions in this article are specific to Blingee, but will work for other glitter graphic generators as well.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Online glitter graphic generator
  • Photos
  1. Step 1

Navigate to an online glitter graphic generator, such as Blingee (See References).

  2. Step 2

Click "Make a Glitter Graphic Now" to begin the process of making a MySpace glitter graphic.

  3. Step 3

Use the photo uploading tool to upload a photo from your computer. You will create the glitter graphic from this photo.

  4. Step 4

Use the glitter graphic tools by clicking on a glitter within the glitter editing pane and then clicking on the place where you would like the glitter to appear on your photo.

  5. Step 5

Click "Save" to add a description of your glitter graphic and save it. When saving, you can select a download size, such as 800 X 600 or a thumbnail size, and then download the graphic to your computer. Another option is to obtain the html-embedded code so you can display your graphic on MySpace. If you would like to use the html-embedded code (computer code that will reproduce your glitter graphic on your page), simply copy and paste the code into the section of your MySpace profile where you would like your photo to appear.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you want to use a photo already hosted on the Internet instead of one of your own photos, input the photo's url or use Photobucket upload assistant (see Resource).
  • Ensure that you copy and paste the correct embedded code into your MySpace profile or into someone else's comment section; otherwise, your glitter graphic will not appear correctly.
