To start your morning off with a great smoothie shake let's go with a healthy recipe and fit instead of greasy and fatty.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Bananas
  • Milk
  • One teaspoon of splenda
  • 1/2 cup wheat protein
  • Strawberries
  1. Step 1
     

    First you would pull the stems off the strawberrys cut them in half then rinse under cold water, Then take the bananas peel them cut them into quarters,Then add the fruits into the blender, Then pour one cup of milk or (fat free milk)into the blender with the teaspoon of sugar, also 1/2 cup wheat protien, last but not least one cup of ice.

  2. Step 2
     

    Mix the ingridents into the blender adding the ice for about two minutes of blending to make your healthy shake more cold and delicious.

  3. Step 3
     

    Pour your smoothie itno a sports cup or regular drinking cup with or without a straw how ever you may like it take it to work, take a jog, on a walk, or tour just blend and go!!!

Tips & Warnings
  • Useing organic fruits and milks with no fats but the same amount of protien and calcium can make your shake more of a fit and healthy way to go.
