1. Respect, earn your players respect. Be fair, in control,take charge,and do not give in. Make your players respect you and earn your respect.

2. Firmness, take charge and do not give in. Make your players play, practice, and act like you would want them to on and off the field. No bending or breaking your rules on or off the field.

3. Discipline, every action has its recourse. Makyour team learn by example. Make everybody equally take part and pride themselves in being the best they can be. Do not take less than 100% in practice and in games. If a player is not giving 1oo% take him out and put one in that will. Same penalty for everybody no favoritism.

4. Know your players and what they can do. Play players where they can perform the best. Get the most out of your players by playing them where they can play.

5. Make it fun and teach winning. It is contagious winning breeds winners. Fun is competing at a level that is the best you can do.
Knoow that if you give 100% and lose is better than giving 50% and winning. Have fun and respect fellow players and coaches. Have fun.
