  • 1/2 Cup of Seaweed Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons of Almond Oil
  • 2 Drops of Lavender Oil
  • 1 Drop of Rosemary Oil

      Pour the seaweed powder into a mixing bowl. Slowly begin to add a bit of water, while stirring the mixture together. Continue to add water until the mixture becomes a paste.

      Continue to stir the mixture together, while drizzling in the almond oil, then adding the lavender oil and rosemary oil.

      Rinse your skin off with warm water. I also suggest using a loofah or gentle scrub to help remove any dead skin.

      Gently massage the seaweed mixture into the skin. Work from your feet upwards, covering the entire body.
