Heat rash isn't a serious problem, but it is a serious discomfort. A Heat rash occurs when the sweat in the pores of the skin spread into the surrounding tissue, irritating the tissue. It's important to treat a heat rash not only because of the discomfort, but also to help prevent the heat rash from spreading to the surrounding skin.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Take a cool bath helps to relieve the heat rash. Add a couple drops of peppermint oil to also help relieve some of the irritation and discomfort caused by the heat rash.

  2. Step 2

    Apply a thin layer of calendula gel to heat rash to help speed up the healing process. Use it throughout the day as needed, or apply in the morning and evening.

  3. Step 3

    Add a teaspoon of both cumin and coriander seeds to a glass of water then leave it overnight, and drink it in the morning. This ancient technique helps to relieve heat rash internally. Continue to do this daily until the heat rash is gone.
