Limit your refined carbohydrates intake. Seriously, it helps. Simply a small reduction of unhealthy carbs (like chips, white rice, and sweets) can make you feel fuller. Instead, go for healthier carb options like a baked potato and low fat cheese and broccoli to subdue cravings. If you have a sweet tooth, stop sugar cravings by picking fresh fruits rather than calorie rich cookies and candy. They taste better because they are naturally sweet, and are packed with essential vitamins we need to give us energy – enough energy to burn calories.

  3. Step 3

For dinner, cook with extra virgin olive oil as it is a monounsaturated fat that promotes a healthy heart and will equally, reduce belly fat. Avocadoes stop cravings and are a healthier alternative to unhealthy fatty foods when it halts hunger in the intestines.
