Make sure to have a bra with really good support. They should have strong support holders at the bottom of the cups so they will lift your breasts and help them to be firm.

To help with the shape of your breat and to help with the fat around them, do exercises that works with your chest area. The best exercises for this is slight weight lifting and push ups.

Step 3
Try massaging the breat area with ice for 2 to 3 minutes. This will create a quick uplift for saggy breasts. Its not permanent but helps when needed the most.

Step 4
Use different kinds of oil massages to improve tone, structure and extra firmness. You can use olive oil or spearment oil. There are more oils you can use but these are known to work the best. Do this 2 to 3 times a week.

If non of these help look for an over the counter cream made especially for breast firmness.
