How to Get a Baby Einstein Refund for a Baby Einstein DVD

Baby Einstein is currently giving refunds for its Baby Einstein DVDs. The Baby Einstein company is now owned by Disney, and the two have decided to grant refunds to people who want them. Some people believe this to be an ad hoc admittance that the Baby Einstein videos don't really increase intelligence, as the company once claimed.

It's very simple to receive your Baby Einstein refund from the Baby Einstein company, if you follow their required steps.

Instructions

1. First, ensure that the DVD was purchased during the correct time period. Baby Einstein is only refunding DVDs that were purchased between June 5, 2004 and September 4, 2009. You do not need a receipt. You can easily determine when you purchased the DVD by remembering the approximate age your child was when you purchased it.

2. Package the Baby Einstein DVD in its original case if you still have it. If you don't have the case, wrap the DVD in protective wrap.

3. Go to the Baby Einstein website (link in resources section, below), and print out the Baby Einstein refund request form.

4. Fill the Baby Einstein request form completely. Choose whether you want to receive a check for $15.99, a free Baby Einsteins book or CD of your choice, or a coupon for 25% off a purchase at DisneyStore.com.

5. Mail the package with completed form to the address provided on the Baby Einstein refund request form. Allow six to eight weeks for your chosen Baby Einstein refund to arrive.
