on 11/12/2009 Acer Aspire 5520 mod #ICW50 laptop will not boot or power up, screen never lights up, battery light does not light until adapter is plugged in. After adapter is plugged in still no boot & no power up, but on/off button light blinks on and off continuously along with power indicator light. Fan starts and quits. DELTA ELECTRONICS adapter mod sapd-65kb d 19V output. BATTERY PACK = ASO7B31, rating = 11.1V, 4000ma.
