How to Send Virtual Flowers

For years sending flowers has always been considered a caring and thoughtful gesture. Whether you are trying to brighten up someone's day or express the love for your partner, giving flowers will definitely do the trick. However, flowers can also be sent through email as well. These are called virtual flowers, and although they are not actual flowers that someone can hold and smell, they are the perfect alternative if you are unable to send the real ones.

Instructions

1. Go to the 800 Florals website and click on either the New Virtual Flowers, Virtual Flowers, or More Virtual Flowers icon. Select a flower bouquet thumbnail to preview, then click the radio button next to the bouquet to select that particular style.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the virtual order form. Enter in your name and email address, then the recipient's. Choose a subject, message, and how soon you want the flowers to be delivered as well. Click "Send" when you are done.

3. Go to the Virtual Flowers website and click the "Send Free Virtual Flowers" tab on the top toolbar. Browse and select the style of bouquet that you want to send.

4. Enter the recipient's email and a personal message into the spaces provided. Include your name as well as your email address, then click "Send."

Tips & Warnings

• Make sure to tell the recipient to check his junk mail folder if he is unable to find the message.
