How to Replace a Bissell Vacuum Bag

The vacuum cleaner has come a long way since Melville Bissell invented the Bissell Carpet Sweeper in 1876. Nowadays, the vacuum cleaner can pick up even the finest pet hair and some manufacturers boast that their cleaners can remove allergens. There are canister models, upright models and even one brand that uses centrifugal force to pick up your dirt. The dirt-collection receptacle has seen some innovations over the years as well. Many vacuums today are bagless, with a receptacle that is emptied when full. Cleaners with bags, though, are still quite popular. Changing the bag on your Bissell vacuum is sometimes challenging, no matter how long you have owned your cleaner. Does this Spark an idea?
