Adobe Acrobat is a software by Adobe that allows viewing and creating files in PDF format. PDF format enables users to create documents that cannot be changed by another party or to view scanned documents . This feature of the PDF files allows the secure transfer or sensitive information, as it cannot be easily transformed like a Microsoft Word or PowerPoint document. Adobe Acrobat, however, allows creating a PDF format from already existing word processing and presentation files to make sure they cannot be changed by anyone without permission.
