Fill in the subject line for the topic of the email and then type in your full question or comment in the "Comments" section. If you are contacting Whirlpool about a specific product, select the product from the drop down menu under the "Comments" section and fill in the appropriate model and serial numbers if you have them.

4. Enter your contact information including name, email address, phone number and address. Click on the circle that indicates how you would like Whirlpool to respond to you: "Email," "Phone" or "No Response Required." Also select the circle indicating if you would like future communications from Whirlpool regarding new product information and special offers.
