cheese cake has been around for many years. It is a classic but still one of the top favorite desserts served today. Surprisingly cheesecake is extremely easy to make. Here's how to make a New York style cheesecake.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 15 crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tbsps melted butter
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup flour
  1. Step 1

Before mixing any ingredients, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Step 2

Then in a medium sized bowl, mix together your crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Then press it firmly onto a greased spring form pan.

  3. Step 3

In a separate larger bowl, mix together your cream cheese and sugar until it turns into a smooth texture. Then blend in the milk and eggs one at a time. Now pour in the rest of your ingredients and stir until they are smooth. Pour the filling onto your prepared crust and bake it in the oven for and hour. After an hour is up, turn off the oven and let the cake cool in there with the door closed for a good 5 to 6 hours. Chill it in the refrigerator until served.
