Most people like pretty clean white nails. Lots of people pay and go to a salon to get beautiful nails, but you can grow your own nails, and have them look just as nice as the salon would, while saving you some money.

1. You should take a vitamin daily for you hair and nails that has B vitamins. You can get these vitamins from a mutlivitamin. B vitamins help your nails grow and look beautiful.

2. The next thing you need to do is get a nail filer and shape your nails. When you have your nails shaped you should get a buffer and buff off the grease on your nail. Follow up with the smooth and shine side of the buffer.

3. The next thing you should do in if you an extra shine is add a shade of clear nail polish. This should give you beautiful nails and save you money and a trip to the nail salon.
