Get Pregnant Quickly

A short article giving tips about what you should do to get pregnant easier and quicker.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The first thing you should do before trying to get pregnant would be to go visit your gynecologist, for a regular consultation. This way, you can find out if you have certain conditions that may make the process of getting pregnant more difficult(such as untreated infections or inflammations).

  2. Step 2

Get a FSH test. You can buy a FSH test from the drug store and do it yourself. FSH(Follicle Stimulating Hormone)is a hormone that determines growing and maturation of woman's eggs. Higher levels of FSH means that your body needs higher amounts of this hormone in order to grow eggs, and it's a sign of infertility. If you get a positive result 2-3 times in a row you have to consult your physician or your gynecologist, you might have an infertility problem.

  3. Step 3

Start having a healthier life at least a few months before you get pregnant: exercise more, don't smoke, don't drink too much alcohol. Drugs are absolutely prohibited. Start taking folate and prenatal nutritional supplements.Talk to your health care provider and ask him to recommend you some prenatal nutritional supplements that are best for you.
Your husband/partner should start have a healthier lifestyle too.

  4. Step 4

Buy a bunch of ovulation tests from your drug store and start using them. Ovulation test measure the amount of LH (Luteinizing Hormone) in the urine. A couple of days before ovulation there is a surge of LH, so the next two days after that are the best day to conceive. Use this method several months in a row. A healthy and relatively young couple should conceive in six-seven months. If after following all the steps above including this one you are not pregnant in six-seven months you should see a physician.
