Things You'll Need:
- 2 lb. boneless chicken thighs
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- pam cooking spray
- 3 tbsp. olive oil (extra light)
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp. garlic power
- 1 tbsp. accent
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- casserole dish

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare potatoes, wash, peel and cube. -
Step 2
After spraying with pam cooking spray in a casserole dish, place the cubed potatoes inside.
Now your ready to coat the potatoes with olive oil and then season with salt and pepper, parsley and garlic powder. -
Step 3
Prepare chicken thigh pieces by washing under cold water.

Step 4
Place the chicken thigh pieces in the casserole on the top of the potatoes.
Season chicken thighs with the soy sauce, lemon juice, tabasco sauce, teriyaki sauce, accent, garlic powder and salt and pepper. -
Step 5
Place prepare casserole dish into oven and bake the chicken and potatoes casserole for about 1 ½ hours or until chicken and potatoes are brown and crispy.
