Find out what grants your small business is eligible for. Grants.gov has a great list of grants and the requirements for each grant.

Head to your local chamber of commerce and ask for advice on small business grants. Your chamber of commerce will have updated copies of free government small business grants for the current year.

Head to business.gov and apply for as many grants as you can. There are literally hundreds of different small business grants. You never know if you are going to qualify without applying. Sometimes grants are given to people that fall short of all the required eligibilities.

Use the small business loans and grants search tool on the website provided in step #3. This is a great comprehensive tool that allows you to search a large database of small business grants and loans online.
