Stress is one of the leading causes of disease. Learn now how to handle the stress of everyday life. Find a hobby. Give yourself breaks. Take a vacation. Learn to stop and breathe. -

ELIMINATE BAD HABITS:
Learn to live longer by eliminating those bad habits that you know are detrimental to your health. Smoking is probably number one on the list. Too much alcohol is another contributor to a shortened life expectancy. Replace those bad habits with good alternatives ... including those mentioned in the steps above.

on 11/9/2009 Yes. Breakfast is so important! When I was student teaching, I saw kids who could not focus because they had skipped or could not afford breakfast. My cooperating teacher brought in snacks for them. Great article! Keep up the good work.
