Step 1
First you will need to gather all the information together of what you have done to improve your job performance and help that you have given your company. Gather all new responsibilities that you have taken on, along with all certifications or educational things that you have earned since you last discussion on pay.

You will need to purchase a good quality stock of paper to print a letter on.

Step 3
Print a letter addressed to the person who is in charge of pay. State how long it has been since your pay has been discussed. Let them know that your performance has improved, and that your interest is always to make or serve your company with either making it money or doing the best job possible to make it more efficient.

State all the new responsibilities you have taken up over a certain period of time.

State all of your future goals of how to improve yourself or your company. Let them know that you are ready for new challenges & tasks.

Proof read, spell, and grammar check your letter for a raise!
