Things You'll Need:
- Internet
- Old items (optional)

Step 1
Selling your attic on eBay
Believe it or not, there is a market for your hidden treasures online. You can do this one of two ways. You can either sell these on your own, using your own eBay account or you can sell on consignment. If you sell it yourself, you gain one hundred percent of the profits and just pay the fees. However, some people have many problems with using eBay. They are either afraid to put their financial information on the internet, too lazy, or have a bad eBay account with no feedback. There is a service out there called consignment which will sell your items for you and pay you. They take a small commission and do all the work for you. -
Step 2
Online Surveys
Many people are skeptical of doing surveys online, thinking they are scams. I did too, but I tried one out. I used a site called Opinion Outpost and they sent me tons of surveys to do. I did them in my spare time. Each survey valued at a different value depending on the length of the survey. Currently, I am up to four hundred points, which amounts to forty dollars. I cashed out and they sent me a check in seven days. I already have the money and I am continuing to use the site to make a little extra money on the side. -
Step 3
Actually get a job!
Even though the market is down right now, there are still people hiring if you are willing to take a low salary. Even if you make ten dollars or so an hour in your spare time that is not that bad. I currently do that and my monthly paycheck is small, but it pays my car payment each month.
