  • Esther C(a more digestable version of vitamin c)
  • Echinacea an herb known to help promote a healthy immune system
  1. Step 1

    Avoid enclosed places with poor air circulation and large crowds of people if possible.Airports and train stations are good places to avoid.

  2. Step 2

    Wash your hands often especially before eating.When returning home from public places its a good practice to wash hands upon entry to avoid spreading germs in your home.Its not a bad idea to carry some hand sanitizer with you when out and about.

  3. Step 3

    Take care of your body.Lack of sleep and overworking yourself can bring your immune system down and make you more susceptible to the flu and common cold.If you feel worn down or like you might be getting sick take some vitamin c or esther C and some echinacea.These will help your body fight off the attack better.

  4. Step 4

    Try to protect your body from the cold of winter.Going in and out of the cold without dressing properly wont do your body any good.
