Some people talk just to be talking or as the old folks used to say, just talk to hear themselves speak. People must understand that their words are their bond? Integrity, character and honesty are the keys in life to having better relationships and even a happier, peaceful life. It is also important to respect other people if we expect to be respected.

Instructions

Step 1

Get to the point. Don't be a person who just beat around the bush. Say what you mean. People do not like it when you are not honest. It just makes the situation worse.
Step 2

Value your name. You can be a person of integrity and character if you understand that having a good name is very important in life.
Step 3

Do not be a people pleaser. People who have a problem with integrity and character tend to have problems with low self-esteem and like to be the center of attention.
Step 4

Have a mentor. People really need a mentor in their lives to help shape and mold them. Mentors see things that you may not see. Mentors are not in your life to be your friends. They are destined to whip you in order and to keep your in order to bring out the best in you.
Step 5

Stop walking in falsehood. Don't just act like you're nice, be nice. Be responsible. Be a person whom people can honor and respect. Phony people are despised and are not trusted.
Step 6

Treat others the way you want to be treated. Don't inconvenience people by being selfish and only into yourself. The world does not revolve around you. Move out of the way if you see people walking down the stairs or coming toward you. Respect others. You will gain respect if you respect others.
Step 7

Embrace wisdom. Wisdom is the key to success and better relationships.

on 10/28/2009 Boy oh boy did they step on your shoes!!!! I would be upset too but I follow the number one universal rule which is what goes around baby comes around for sure. My biggest comeback is that I let God take care of it. He is in everywhere and in everything. Head up and let it go. Stick to those who support you in every step of your life. God Bless!!!!
