This is a flavorful recipe for fall that your whole family will love. It's easy enough to make for the family, but fancy enough to make for guests. Enjoy!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • honey-dijon dressing
  • bread crumbs
  • crisp bacon
  • mozzarella cheese
  • choppped macoun apples
  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  1. Step 1

Start by fileting the chicken breasts. You should have about a pound of chicken for every four people. Once chicken is fileted, marinate it in honey-dijon dressing for at least half an hour.

  2. Step 2

Sprinkle bread crumbs at the bottom of the dish you will bake the chicken in to prevent it from sticking. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  3. Step 3

Combine equal parts diced apple, mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs and chopped bacon and mix well in separate bowl. Lay flat pieces of chicken on cutting board and add stuffing mixture.

  4. Step 4

Roll up chicken breasts from pointed end to rounded end and keep in place with toothpicks. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Make sure chicken is white throughout and toothpicks are removed before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables or rice. Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not use colored toothpicks - these leave colored marks on chicken!
