Sudoku Puzzles to Print

Need Sudoku puzzles to print? You are not alone.

I got hooked on the number game from my college Newspaper. After college, I bought a Sudoku book at Target and then at the 99 cents store. Soon, I realized that I could get my Sudoku fix with an internet connection and printer.

This article will cover not only the best places to find Sudoku puzzles to print, but how to assemble them effectively for your purposes. Enjoy!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

FIND THE PUZZLES - There are many online websites which cater to the Sudoku addiction by providing Suduko puzzles to print. I will list a few of the most popular. (See the resource section below for active links).

Krazydad - This website is one of my favorite. He has a variety of skill levels, it is an easy to print format and well organized and labeled. There are 100's of booklets with 8 puzzles, answers and hints.

Web Sudoku - This websites costs MONEY! However, there is a free trial, if you want to download it. This website has an easy to use printing function and advertises billions of puzzles.

**Stay away from websites which are not easy to print from. There are too many good websites to spend your time on those.

  2. Step 2

CHOOSE THE PUZZLES - Choose how many puzzles you would like to print and the skill level. If you are a beginner, I highly recommend printing out beginner, intermediate and advanced Sudoku puzzles, as you will want to have room to progress. If you are advanced, stick with the advanced ones, with maybe a few intermediate.

*You will want to print a lot of Sudoku Puzzles at once to maximize your time and energy spent.

  3. Step 3

    PRINT THE PUZZLES

  4. Step 4

ASSEMBLE THE PUZZLES - How you assemble your Sudoku puzzles will depend on the format which is most comfortable to you. You may simply staple the puzzles into a booklet. (In fact you may want to fold/cut and then staple them into a booklet for a smaller size).

Another option is to use a Padding compound to make it into a notepad. (See resource section for instructions).

Or you could simply keep them in a box so you can grab one at your desire. If you do this, make sure to keep the answers separate so you can check after you are finished.

If giving as a gift, you may bind it with ribbon and create a cover and backing for it as well.

*Choose an assembly that is practical and fits your purposes.

  5. Step 5

    PLAY THE GAME!

Tips & Warnings
  • Consider giving a homemade Sudoku book as a stocking stuffer or gift, if it is well done. :) Include instructions, an answer key and tips in the book as well.
  • This is also a thoughtful and inexpensive gift for a child to give a parent or older sibling.
  • Make sure to always print an answer key for the Sudoku puzzles.
