How to Make a Scrambled Omelet

An omelet is a healthy choice to start any day. It provides nutrients that are good for a morning boost. A scrambled omelet is even better. A scrambled omelet is basically a regular omelet that is scrambled, like eggs. It contains fresh vegetables, meats and more. Things You'll Need

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of cheese
  • ¼ cup of onions
  • ¼ cup of ham, diced and pre-cooked
  • 1.4 cup milk
  • Salt pepper
  • ½ stick of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of strawberry jelly
  • Medium skillet
  • Spatula
  • Plate

Instructions

      Mix the eggs and milk together in the mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper to the mix.

      Melt the butter in the skillet on medium heat, then pour the egg mix into the skillet.

      Add the cheese, onions and diced ham to the center of the skillet while the egg is taking the shape of the skillet.

      Use the spatula to fold the omelet over into a half pie. Flip the half pie over on each side until both sides are brown.

      Take the spatula and scramble the omelet as you would for scrambled eggs. Plate the scrambled omelet, and top it with a sprinkle of cheese and a tablespoon of strawberry jelly. Serve.

Tips & Warnings

  • Feel free to omit or use a different type of jelly topping. You make also substitute ham for bacon or sausage.
