      Crack the two eggs in half, and let the egg whites run out, keeping the yolk separate, or use and egg divide to perform this step.

      Beat the egg white with a wisp, or place in a mixer on medium speed, until egg white is fluffy.

Tips & Warnings

  • Good on top of peach cobbler and chocolate pies. If used on these, bake the moraine for 5 minutes on 350 degrees.
